Amanda already coming on too strong & possessive, & they've only been on one date! I thought Amanda acted kind of snotty & rude Taylor, by calling her "Tyler", & acting as if Taylor wasn't around, & inviting Jake to move in her grand yacht(right in front of Taylor, who will be Jake's rommkie!) & putting her nose down at the apartment where she had no problems boinking Jamie! I'm now starting root for Taylor. I bet she feels like she can't comete w

No, I'm not really a Gus & Harley fan! LOL! But I just didn't like how Amanda was acting! I thought she came across as a phoney and a ditz & kind of like a stepford wife with the 50s dress. I thought her pawing all over Jake & acting as if Taylor was not even there was kind of rude, & I also won't be surprised if she repeats the same *mistake* again by calling her Tyler instead of Taylor! I thought it was funny once Amanda left, Jake said that Amanda was not his girlfriend, which I'm sure Amanda's mind she already is! lol! I just hope they don't have to give Taylor a makeover, just so she has to compete with Amanda!

I'm just curious and I mean no disrespect, but how can Taylor be your girl already? She's barely been on the show and so far in what little we've seen of her, she's been such a sour puss and snarly. She hasn't even come across as likeable or as some underdog to root for (IMHO). As someone else here said, she's very abrasive. I watched BE on GL and so far she's kinda the same here on AMC as she was there. /Cookie

Taylor is my Girl because I can sort of relate to her because I'm a Tomboy & I'm not a girly girl like Amanda. I think Taylor feels she can compete with a headturner like Amanda, eventhough I think Taylor is Pretty too!/ MyGirlTaylor,

I can't stand Amanda. She is such a control freak when it comes to men. She ordered JR around like a puppy dog (not that Babe doesn't do the same thing) and then was shocked when he broke and ran. She just started dating Jake and is being major possesive! Taylor has my vote and I never watched GL,

Anyway, Amanda was Amanda. I didn't think she was snotty at all. Jake has shown interest in Amanda and they did have a good time together, so she was excited to be around him. As far as getting Taylor's name wrong, who hasn't done that? It was an honest mistake that wasn't done with any malice.

Amanda has no idea who Taylor is and wasn't there to see her or even knew she would be there. Jake is hardly Taylor's roomie (yet). Just a misunderstanding brought them together in the same apartment and so far, he's just staying overnight. Amanda was being gracious, not snotty by offering Jake a place to stay.

If Jake was in a relationship with Taylor and Amanda knew it and did all those things, then that would be a different story. But, so far, Jake and Taylor only had a couple of chance meetings and Taylor has been nothing but ''snotty'' to Jake.

Right. Taylor and Jake have never even been on a date. I said in an earlier post Amanda should offer Jake a place to live, she knows him better than Taylor, she has basically known him since she was a little girl./goldie

Calling Taylor the wrong name was just a way to show that Amanda didn't care enough about her to remember her name, since her focus was entirely on Jake. I didn't think she was snotty at all. //SqueezeMe

Good for Amanda. Iwish Taylor would get that Iraqi order asap and leave Pine Valley as quickly as possible

That little lady is sooo smokin' hot that Jake would really have to be gay to be paying attention to anything she was saying. That was the cutest 50's Summer dress she had on. And the Pirate outfit the other day, so cute. And she's always been a bit 'flighty', after all she is Janet from Another Planet's offspring!!
