Topic: I loved today's show

I liked all of it accept for the part of Annie (of all people) as the angel.  Puhleeeze... Annie, who has killed twice and lives to manipulate people including her own daughter for selfish reasons playing the part of an Angel, was beyond ludicrous.  I get it - that it was Adams imagination, but even Adam would understand this gal is no angel by any stretch of the imagination.

Annie fits in with everyone else in Pine Valley. Just about every single citizen has killed someone or at least attempted murder, and everyone in town uses other people for their own selfish gain. Why should Annie be held to a different standard? The town is full of liars, cheats, killers, rapists and crooks.

danrik1 - Annie will never be forgiven in my book. She has killed 2 people and almost cost her daughter her life in a fire. That was bad enough - but the main thing I hold against Annie is what she has done to Emma - pressuring her to lie and hold in secrets for Annies own personal gain. Even little Emma knows it is wrong to lie about Kendall being the killer and holding in the truth has done enormous harm to that child. Annie is the worlds worst mother. The writers can soften her character until doomsday and I will not forget the harm Annie has caused to little Emma - it is mental child abuse - plain and simple. I cannot think of one other character on this show who has done to their small child what Annie has done to Emma. eom NiteOlw
