Message: I get the feeling the actress playing Carmen is being groomed to be Erica's 'family' in case Kendall (Alicia) decides to leave at some point... however, who cares about Carmen... I know I don't. Either that or she'll snag Jack and wouldn't that put Erica is a tizzy.

It appears that Erica may call in a favor from Adam. Thus, for Carmen's employment, putting her in the Chandler mansion and cause havoc. Not looking forward to more Chandler crisis.
