I guess this would apply to all the Fusion women, but whenever I see Kendall and Greenlee, I just can't help thinking how completely vacuous they seem.
Even when they're talking about business...for example, today, Kendall said something about having to be more aggressive about the European market with their sales, I just can't imagine her character having enough business knowledge to be able to discuss business matters. I mean, did either of these characters even go to college?
Or maybe it's the fact that they're dressed like 20-something women hanging out in a bar on a Friday night, while they're at work.
When I see Kendall or Greenlee talk business while flipping their hair, it seems so forced and scripted to me, because they seem like complete airheads.
Maybe it's the actresses' portrayal that makes it worse.
Sorry - I just had to get that off my chest.

Message: Frankly, I felt the ''being more agressive with the European market'' statement to be very refreshing. Rarely, do we see that kind of business focus. Usually, we have Kendall sash-shaing into Fusion with high fashion garb, she and Greenlee breaking out expensive wine and champaign, flipping a few documents then on to discussing Zach, Aiden, Ryan, Erica, etc. etc.. Even Babe and Amanda are in deep conversation about JR. Not to mention Annie's need to win back Ryan. The entire Fushion atmosphere is shallow, superficial, and gives us an illusion those two have extensive marketing, distrubution, budget, and progressive charting background, etc.. Oh wait ...hey let's face it, they are in the makeup industry and makeup is illusive. ;)

Message: It is really hard not to compare the women at Jabot on Young and the Restless with the "Fushion" women. Jill and Ashley at least look and dress the part of business women. If you are going to put Kendall, Greenlee, Annie, Amanda and Babe in a company, make it believable and have them dress and act the part. In the alternative, put them the nail salon, gym or spa where they don't have to try to impress us with their business talk. jmho

Message: Greenlee is not stupid. She came to the show as an ambitious woman trying to get ahead and then took it even further when she worked for Enchantment. Of course, the ONLY way to make her stupid is to put her near the idiot of the year, Kendall. She is the ONLY one that has true business sense and speak out of those twits. I just wish the writers would get a clue and give Greenlee back her spunk. I am hoping the reveal does that, and she gets out of the Zendall orbit and becomes Greenlee again -- not some wheel to the Slater train.

Let me just say this about that: AMC is not now, nor has it ever been, about business. It is about relationships, personal interaction. Hell, most people don't even really ever go to work. JR talks about handling mega deals, but most of the time he is free to hang with Babe. The hospital has some serious people there, but has anyone ever seen a doctor sit on a patient's bed and have a beer with him? I'd far rather my cosmetics people be airheads than my doctor be drunk.
This is not real, and I'm okay with that.

Message: I love to hear Kendall rave about how wonderful motherhood is. But I wonder how she knows? She spends so little time with her kids they must call the nanny "mom." I wonder if Kendall would even recognize her kids if she sat next to them on the bus without Zach or the nanny to identify them for her.
