Happy Friday everyone!

I hope everyone is well.  We've been enjoying some lovely spring weather here in Michigan, so welcome after such a long, long winter.  I've pretty much recovered from my big birthday bash last weekend.  I will post a separate topic with some pictures.  My SIL made a nice slide show, and I will post the link.  Also, I have another Wild Bill picture to share.  But, I've been putting this off too long, and it's time has come, so let's get to the letter

Happy Saturday, Patem!  I'm a little late to the party, but didn't want to miss one of your letter topics!  It's so nice to be rid of all of that snow, isn't it?  It's been a very long winter!

1.  New Zealand   My niece did her year of teacher's college in NZ and has the loveliest pictures and stories from her time there.  She fully intends to return someday soon.

2.      I like to bake with pecans, with my favourite snacking nut being cashews.  Chococolate covered macadamia nuts, or macadamia nut cookies are other favourites.

3.   Neil Young   He was my first ................................. concert!

5.  New England Clam Chowder

6.  Natalie Wood

7.  I actually prefer peaches.

8.  I've never heard of either.

Hi Krisa! I'd love to visit New Zeland and Australia someday. The landscape looks so beautiful. I love pistachios and cashews too. I get pistachios from my mom for Christmas every year. I love Neil Young's voice. His song Philadelphia from the movie, gives me chills every time I hear it. Hauntingly beautiful! Love me some Mr. Newman too! You can't be a bowl of good chowder. I like mine thick and creamy with lots of crackers. I can't wait for the nectarines to start coming in. I miss Natalie Wood. She died way too young. Hope you have a good weekend, Krisa! - Patem111

Hi Angela! Thanks for stopping by. Mmm-I love a good salty cashew. My brother and SIL always have them in their house, so I'm always sure to have a few when I visit. I love Neil Diamond too. I saw him in concert several times back in the 70's and 80's. I can't wait to see Idol this week and see what songs of his they do. Paul Newman is still hot, I can't remember when he didn't look good. Natalie Wood was sure a beauty. I loved so many of her movies. It's getting to be nectarine season, and I can't wait! I love them. And coffee nips are just the best. I like the caramel ones too. Have a good weekend. I hope Vic and Vin are well. - Patem111
