I didnt know it was PG13 but i can see how it would be since its scary but kinda funny too

I wouldnt put it in the ''scariest'' movie category but i like that it has little shockers in it like the ending in the movie ''Carrie''

:)

I love scary movies! Drag me to Hell is only pg13 I think. Is it that scary? The previews looked intersting. I always have to wonder when it only gets pg13 but of course 4th kind looks scary and that is pg13.

Here's a scary music video enjoy,

Doesn't sound like my kind of movie, but I've been wondering, how are you coming on The Dark Tower books? I finished book 7 a couple of days ago. The series was awesome the second time around, but the later books that I'd read more recently were still fresh enough in my mind that the wow factor wasn't there. I think 2 and 4 are my favorites. Can't wait til you finish to find out what you think about the ending!

And to get back on the topic of movies, there is buzz in the Internet about a Dark Tower movie. I don't know if it will ever become reality and I honestly don't know how they'd do it but how cool would that be? (Although Stephen King movies never come close to rivaling his books.)

  • i hate to tell you Wendi ... i gave up after book 3 ... i started book 4 and ended up skimming thru to the end because i got bored. Then i went to the library and skimmed thru the other tower books just to get a clue and it still didnt interest me - they are too much fantasy when i was looking for something more real like King's THE STAND which is kind of what i was hoping for (i actually prefer Robert McCammon's SWAN SONG) ... so i've ''MOVED ON'' as they say ;) ~mrsk
  • I understand, not a whole lot of realism in that series. But aren't you dying to know if Roland ever made it to the Tower? I'll tell you if you really want to know! //Wendi
  • Yes please - tell me - i'd love to know how it all ended - thanks Wendi ! ~mrsk
  • Okay - I hope you come back here to check. I'll try to keep this succinct but I'll put it inside just in case...//Wendi
  • Hi Wendi - i really appreciate your filling me in on the ending - i may even go back and pick it up again now that you've made it interesting again ...(cont'd inside) ~mrsk
  • C'mon inside, mrsk...
  • Hi Wendi ...
