Additional Comments: I have never tried doing this but I figure I woud give it a try. I was recently let go of my job in NYC. I have started the process of looking for another job on the websites and sending my resume to agencies here in the city. However, I thought I would send a message out here, that if anyone knows of or is the person to do the hiring, I am an administrative assistant with 20 years expereince. I am looking for work in NYC. If you can help me please send me an email and I will forward my resume to you or whoever is interested. I really could use the help of the people on this website. Thank you. Patti, my son changes jobs periodically because he’s always looking for something better. He gets in touch with companies through their websites and sometimes through headhunters on the internet. I can’t ask him right now because he and his sons are out on a cruise but they'll be back Saturday and I’ll try to remember to ask him the names of the sites that have the headhunters he uses.

Patti, I spoke to my son and he said a good headhunter is Monster.com. The other ones he’s used have been in the Florida area. He said you should also google New York City job recruiters. You may have already done that. / Vivian
