Cabaret was a fun opening number. I like that it wasn't dark as choreographed by Tyce Diorio.
Cat entered like the lady in yellow from Contact. Tonight her hair was up and she had an Egyptian collar.
Judges: Napoleon/Tabitha (or Tabither as Cat says it), Mary and Nigel
Although all the judges had their nasty and downright snarky moments during the auditions for some reason they decided to show Tyce Diorio's. Hmmm, somehow I think his wasn't half as bad as Mary and Nigel and, of course, MIA.
Twitchington: SAFE (no doubt)
Joshua/Katee: SAFE
Cat made it appear one of the first two couples were not safe so when she said Josh and Katee were, poor Twitchington - they were jubilant when she said both couples were safe.
Khourtni/Matt: NOT SAFE (no surprise at all)
Courtney/Gev: NOT SAFE (also no surpise - go get 'em Courtney)
Chelsea/Mark: SAFE (as it should be)
Comfort/Thane: NOT SAFE (there had to be a third)
Jessica/Will: SAFE (whew)
Auditionee Robert Mulane(sp) performed. Such an incredible entertainer. He must be triple jointed to do what he does with his body. So creative and a fabulous popper.
Nigel: Fantastic. Then says he's sorry Robert gave up. (Robert was smart - he could never do all the styles and knew it - happy he gave the spot to someone else). Nigel requests a battle between Robert and Phillip. (me thinks this was a set-up for the finale).
SOLOS
Khourtni: showed why she's here but I think it's too late and she's gone.
Matt: he is so good - needs another partner to shine.
Courtney: girl has power and incredible ability.
Gev: well knock my socks off - GREAT solo. He might have saved himself since I thought he was a goner.
Comfort: I know they all must dance comfort zone but she must prove herself.
Thane: this man can dance - another season he might win but too many competitors this season I fear.
One Republic: nice song and vocalist - didn't knock me out.
Girl Going Home: Nigel says it was not unanimous and that Comfort did not get HIS vote but Khourtni ends here.
Boy Going Home: Matt - another FULL couple. I thought Khourtni would go and so hoped Matt would have the chance to shine with another. Gev knocked it out tonight but I still think he should have gone.
