Subject: It truly boggles the mind how little she knows. Basic elementary school knowledge of history and geography. She didn't know NAFTA was the U.S., Canada and Mexico. HOW did she get as far as she did with such little learnin' and so glib and high falootin' when called on it. How dare we expect this from her? eom/WE

Subject: I never really cared for Katie Couric before, but since this whole thing I have become a fan. She was the only one who really forced Palin to deal with a serious question. It was obvious that Palin was at a loss when she couldn't wink her way through that interview.-Miss H

Subject: I can understand a little slip. This has been a very tiring election with so many cities in one day and how many in a week. It is easy to make a slip like that. But the rest of what they are reporting is just amazing. I think I am more surprised that it is the Republicans that are reporting all of this. You have an idea about those going for a high office should take an intelligence test but you would think that they should be intelligent to get where they are before they run for the higher office. It does seem like it should come under ethics to tell something like this rather than just report tabloid news and withhold the truth. ~ eom. Linda
