Subject: That's right, W.E. He's a class act. People forget he has been an actor for so long. Can you imagine all summer having to give interviews on what it was like to work with Heath Ledger. How Heath stretched himself as an actor, etc.etc...I agree it was a great role for Heath. But Bale has always given his roles the best he can give. Bale has had such diversified roles and it is what he is known for--although I think he is the most underrated actor of our time. Love him! Anita Lyfe eom

Subject: Hey the man did Newsies for corn sake - loved it. Another actor would have been buried under the Leonardo (etc., there are a few) but Bale wouldn't be. He makes smart choices and will always have work. He was genuinely upset by the death of Heath and had nothing but wonderful and kind things to say about him. He's not underrated to his fans and TPTB who know his work. Me thinks he likes being under the radar. eom/WE
