Subject: My parents didn't make lamb either and never ate it. When they were first married they rented an apartment from a French couple who loved to make lamb. Both of my parents always said the smell made them sick. I was in college before I ever ate lamb and I found it quite good. It was prepared by a chef so I didn't smell it cooking. This has been an eye opener for me. I think I'll just pass on making any more lamb. Btw, I have to deodorize my dishwasher now - it smells gamey! . You enjoy your Souvlaki and Kebabs!!!! Interesting that lamb is so popular at Easter, isn't it? My family tradition was always ham. Tradition is good!!! /sb
