Subject: Thanks, Peace. It's awful that we all have to go through this. My heating bill kills me. I always wait until I get the threatening letter then I break down and pay them, but by then, they come along and fill it up again and we are in the same boat all over again. We never had such a horrible year as last year. I just keep hoping 2008 will bring about some huge changes, but I don't see it happening. I haven't talked with anyone who is able to just go out and spend their rebate check. Everyone I know is paying bills. I'm thankful for the money don't get me wrong, but in the long run, it really doesn't help much. It will get us through another month though. I'm sorry you have to go through this too. ///Isis
