Additional Comments: ...an exaggerrated version of himself in Janet. Hypercritical and sanctimonious. If Jack fails to do something exactly the way Janet wants, she lays into him. Jack makes a mistake and she rubs it in his face. I think he's started to get a little taste of what Carly has had to endure. I wonder if the writers intended this or if they even realize it. Spoilers indicate that Carly and Jack will reconnect & revisit their past on this roadtrip. I wonder if his recent experience with Janet will give him a new perspective where Carly is concerned.

Message: So glad you mentioned this. It was great to see Jack getting exactly what he used to do to Carly..pick...pick...pick. Even though Janet was getting on my last nerve...I loved watching Jack get a taste of his own medicine..although..I doubt he saw it that way. I truly don't believe the writers realized how this looked...same lines coming out of Janet's mouth that usually comes out of Jack's.

Message: That's an astute observation--you're absolutely right! I don't know if the writers even realize it yet, but if they do, and they run with it, it will be fun to watch Jack walk on eggshells for fear of setting Janet off.

Message: Yeah...I have to agree that Jack is getting some ''shoe is on the other foot'' now. With his drinking right before the shooting, and Janet's mention that he neglected to tell Margo, he's seeing what it's like to make a grave mistake and not know how to handle it. Janet is an obnoxious, crude hypocrite, and I don't know where she suddenly got all this goodness inside her. There was a time when she was asking Brad and Jack to destroy evidence. Now, she wants Jack to tell all about having a few beers before trying to save Katie. You see, it's only okay to do something wrong if it benefits that ballbusting beast.
