Additional Comments: I'm FF through all of the James story, but if Jack's not part of the OPD anymore, can he hang out there and question people? If he's working privately as a P.I., doesn't he have to get a license or can anyone do it? As much as he moans about being a cop, he sure is at the OPD a lot. Someone fill me in.

Message: I think Jack will always have the cop in him. The OPD is Jack's second home and he knows he can always get his job back.
