Additional Comments: Normally I'm a big Emily fan, but today I thought Margo rocked and scored some signifacant points. So who's your favorite?

Message: I know I should say *Margo* because she is the so-called good person in this drama. And I just about 99% of the time cheer for the good person. But there is just something about Emily...I think it is KMH's wonderful portrayal. She's made so many bad choices...too many to review here. But when she loves she loves with all her heart...but when she hates, well, just watch out! So, I guess I will say Emily...yup, I like Emily so much better than Margo.

Message: This is a really good question, mm. I had to think about it for a day before I responded. I can't believe that there are posters who like Emily. She is such an evil, vile person and I find her utterly disgusting! I don't think I could ever like her again after all the bad things she has done. She is truly an actress that *I love to hate* I used to like Margo but she has gotten just too self righteous lately with almost everyone and especially Casey. So, to answer your question, I hate Emily the most and more or less dislike Margo. However, I will say that Margo may still have some redeeming qualities, but not Emily. She's hopeless, IMO.

Why has Margo waited for Casey to become an adult before she got involved in his life? Where was she all the years he was growing up????

Message: Well, Margo is the "better person" of the two, but I just don't like her much. It's all about the two actresses. I think KM-H is fantastic, and have always been bothered by ED.

I don't like either of them. But in this case I have to side with Margo. Emily has had sex with ever Hughes man she could get her hands on and she will sleep with Casey in a New York minute. Casey is technically an adult, but if I were Margo I wouldn't want him anywhere near Emily.
I said in another thread, I think someone should tell Casey everything Emily has done. Not in an "everyone makes mistakes" kind of way. But they should detail for him all the hell she as deliberately put people through, including his mother when she was the only friend Emily had after her rape.

Message: I love them both because we go way back. I've loved Emily since the days of Dan, Kim and Betsy. No matter the writing for this character, I just love her. I love her humming, I love her hysterics, and her homicidal tendancies. She also can be kind, tender and sweet. I love that she is not predictable or one dimensional like so many of the other characters.

Message: I like both of them. Nobody can keep Emily down and I love to watch her scheme. Margo acts to Emily the way Kim does to Susan. There is an old animosity there and a superiority that will never go away. Margo thinks because she is a cop and in a committed relationship that she is better than Emily. Yet as Emily pointed out, her son is fine - so far - and Margo's son's are criminals. No one knows Adam is a criminal, but he certainly hasn't been the 'good son.' Maybe with Will, Gwen and Maddie gone, Adam could come back.

I LOVE Margo! She wins! I used to really like Emiloon, and it was back when she was acting like she was yesterday, instead of a pyschopath! I didn't think I'd ever stop loving her, but her psycho behaviour with on comeuppance did it for me!

I can't stand Emily or Margo. While I have never liked the character of Emily, I could tolerate the character years ago when Melanie Smith was in the role. At least the character was somewhat sympathetic. KMH's Emily has always been a shrill shrew. Now Emily is dangerously insane to boot.
Margo was okay until the Doc Reese storyline. From there, she's been going downhill fast. I've never forgotten how cruel she was to Gwen, and I never felt she sincerely apologized when the truth was eventually revealed. And, I really can't stand the smug, obnoxious way she approaches her professional responsibilities.
