Isn't it against the law to lie to a police officer? I don't know if its a misdeamor or felony but I know that purposely lying about a crime that didn't happen is illegal. At least it is when it comes to child abuse.
Carly definitely lied about Rosanna attacking her. I would file a report on Carly if I was Rosanna for lying about being attacked.
However, I loved the look on Carly's face when she walked away from them. As someone else posted, Carly is so good when she is bad.

Message: Ah, they deserved it. It probably was illegal. But I would have wanted to do the same thing if my ex and my sister were following me around like dogs, saying they wanted what was best for me AFTER they had both lied to me. I don't blame Carly. And the look on her face was priceless.

Message: What was really insane was the cop arresting two people who were just standing there, purely on the say-so of a woman who had been roaming around freely all during the jumper crisis. Take them in for questioning, okay, but arresting them on the spot? That cop should have to turn in his badge. There was absolutely no basis for an arrest and Craig and Rosanna could sue the Philly police department for false arrest.

Message: I was really surprised to see Craig and Rosanna in jail and being bailed out. Carly spoke to the Philly cop and asked him to do her a favor. I figured that she just asked him to keep Craig and Ro busy for a few minutes to let her get away from them and he did so as a professional courtesy of sorts since she was there for Jack. I think the charges will be dropped and the only time we will hear of it is when Margo throws it in Craig face at a later date.

Message: Harrassment is against the law too...she asked them to leave her alone and they kept stalking her. Tit for Tat..he said she said..seems like a non issue to me. Other than plot device I haven't figured out yet, except for another way for Margo to be snarky to Craig..I don't get why Ro and Craig even went to Philli...will be sitting on pins and needles waiting for this plot development..NOT
