Interesting to see that, despite the continual complaints about the show having turned into "As Katie's World Turns," in the first four months of this year Carly and Jack's episode exposure exceeds Katie's by 10%.  That must mean it's really "As Carly and Jack's World Turns"

When as many other characters in the cast seem to *exist* only for the benefit of Jack and Carly and their happiness as do for Katie and her romantic bliss, then I'll start calling it ''As Jack and Carly's World Turns.'' When was the last time a veteran character (Kim) was turned from a smart, ethical businesswoman into a scandal-hunting, tabloid TV producer over Jack? When was the last time a talented actor like Trent Dawson was almost completely submerged into a storyline for Carly? Jack and Carly get too much airtime, yes. And it is nauseating the way Jack is constantly praised to the heavens as a ''good guy'' when he clearly is not. But compared to the propping Miss Thing gets FROM THE ENTIRE CAST, that ain't nothin'. I think the hate for Katie is that the whole world of Oakdale seems to revolve around her and the episodes she is in seem to focus almost entirely on Katie. Looking at the episode count for the last year I think the show should be called *As Jack Snyder's World Turns*
