Additional Comments: So a bar is reopening in Oakdale, and ALL the media will be present, Sophie and her jewelry (what jewelry?) will be front and center, AND featured in numerous style magazines! On what planet would this happen? Oh yeah, Soap Universe.

Don't you know that Oakdale is swarming with paparazzi, maxie? LOL. Just in case Britney or Lindsay happens to swing through.
About the jewelry... I'm not doubting that Sophie is talented, or even that Barbara might want to help her out. Babs can be very warm-hearted and generous at times. But the kind of line Barbara is talking about almost always has to be launched in NY or LA. Maybe Chicago or Miami.
