Additional Comments: I know not passing on the information he had about the DNA results was wrong. Although, I'm one of those who believes he really was trying to save Lily and family from false hope. But, was what he did against the law? Could he be prosecuted? Especially for not telling Jack.

Message: Criminal, no I don't think so. When it gets out that Damian had this information, this will probably end Damian and Lily. It will take Holden about 3 weeks to forgive Lily, and we'll be right back with the boring, dull, let's watch something else, Snyders. Damian is the only interesting thing in this sl. Holden is a sleeping pill with a *strange* hairdo, and when H/L get together they look so uncomfortable together. JMO.

Message: Obstruction of justice, maybe; not that anyone on the Oakdal police department can even spell justice. I think it's more that he doesn't want Lily to find out that he knew there was not a DNA match, then being afraid that the authorities would discover his dirty little secret; although why he wants the fickle female is more than I can figure out. Are we really sure that he doesn't want her money or WorldWide or something else? Hard to fathom this devotion when he's resisted it for so many years.

I love Damian but if he had been protecting them from false hope he still would have been doing everything he could to find out definitely if Holden had survived once he knew there was no DNA match.
It wasn't a major crime but an investigation was going on. Had he not interfered when the officer first tried to speak with Lily things would have been different. He wasted the court's time twice because Holden was not dead and his marriage was still valid. The police could arrest him if Holden wanted to file a criminal complaint against him. Would Damien be locked away. But then again they don't do anything to people in Oakdale who commit capital murder either. (lol)

Message: He entered into a bigamous marriage---certainly that's illegal. Even if he didn't know Holden was alive, he knew the death certificate issued for Holden wasn't valid.

Message: I'm one of those that thinks Damian is a loser and I don't give him the benefit of the doubt. He WANTED Lily BEFORE Holden's alledged accident. He purposefully kissed Lily to get her to doubt her marriage. He then feeds on her guilt and tells her what she feels is their long lost love....buuuahhhhhh. He was pushing from the moment they heard of the accident to FINISH Holden off in Lily's mind. Gone and forgotten without any physical evidence. When the physical evidence was given to him that Holden was not in the truck he didn't let anyone know. So he has married a married woman. She is unwittingly...oh that fits so well ..no wits..commiting bigamy except for in Oakdale they pronounce you dead with no evidence..but whatever.....Who cares what the law says. What he did was wrong whether the intentions were self serving or not. It wasn't his choice to make all those decisions but he did and the consequences effected many because of it. I can't wait for him to get his slimy butt beat.....
