It wasn't a major crime but an investigation was going on. Had he not interfered when the officer first tried to speak with Lily things would have been different. He wasted the court's time twice because Holden was not dead and his marriage was still valid. The police could arrest him if Holden wanted to file a criminal complaint against him. Would Damien be locked away. But then again they don't do anything to people in Oakdale who commit capital murder either. (lol)

Lily got EXACTLY what she wanted. No happily married woman would be swayed by Damian's flirtation. Yes, I think the man is fine...but IRL me lookie, no touchie. I wouldn't screw up my relationship with my husband for ANYONE or ANYTHING, even if that someone was as charming as Damian and especially if my husband hated that someone as much as Holden hated Damian. No one put a gun to Lily's head and told her to kiss Damian back. Lily could have kicked Damian out of Holden's bedroom rather than bump uglies with the man less than a week after he was presumed dead. I didn't see Damian twisting Lily's arm and forcing her to marry him a week or so after the memorial service. I don't like what Damian did one bit, but I can not agree that Damian is the reason Lily's behaving like a tramp. Trampy is as trampy does and Lily was forcing her way into Meg and Damian's relationship before he kissed her. In fact that whole confrontation that led to the kiss was because Lily was crazy with jealousy about Meg and Damian going on a cruise together and manipulated the situtation so that the trip would be ruined for Meg. eom Linny

However..Damian is no knight in shining armor riding in to protect the damsal in destress. He wanted her when he got back in town and he never let up. He's like a dog after a b!tch in heat. and obviouslyLilly is a tramp and is in heat and the girl has never stuck by her man in all the scenarios..still doesn't make him a saint. Keeping the info from the family was wrong..playing on her vulnerability was wrong..he went about getting what HE wanted. I'm glad he's got it..they deserve each other I hope Meg the loser puts him through hell before it all comes crahsing in on all their heads..

ICAM that Damian is no saint in this situation. However, I can't get on board with ''vulnerable'' Lily. When isn't that vapid b!tch ''vulnerable''? She uses that as an excuse to stray from Holden or to tease some other man all the time. Yes, Lily's husband was presumed dead. Yes, that was tragic. However, ''vulnerability'' is not an excuse for what she did with Damian prior to Holden going on that trip or after she thought he was dead. Damain didn't ''take advantage'' of anything. Lily wanted to screw Damian so when the window of opportunity opened up to her, she flew right in and took what she wanted. I think Damian did a disservice to Holden's children and Emma. But I don't think Damian did a disservice to that tramp. He needs to be slapped for what he put those children through. However, I am not shedding any tears for that indecisive tramp. we are on the same page...I can't wait for her window of opportunity with Holden to be slammed shut in her face. I'm not cutting her any slack at all. She could have said no or meant it when she said no. Don't have a dog in that fight. I do think Damian could have backed off..like when he insisted she take sleeping pills and then ended up IN HER FREAKIN BED after rescuing her...come on..the man is a jerk...for that behavior. I don't care what woman he's doing it to...he's bad news...but to hear him tell it..he's a hero and he only has your best interests at heart..ya sure..and they are in his pants...LOL

I really want to like Damian and I loved him in the past. Unfortunately he's coming across as completely slimey right now with his ''concern'' for Lily and his ''sacrifices'' for her. He hasn't sacrificed squat. He's gone after what he wants with a vengence. If the kids weren't involved, I'd have no problem with this because that's exactly what Holden did to Damian the first time he showed up in Oakdale married to Lily. I know a lot of water has passed under that bridge, but it still stings to think that history was rewritten to make it seem that Damian was the spoiler from the beginning. That being said, it makes my blood boil with that suck up defends Lily's dithering w/r/t to her marriage and the fact that she couldn't wait 30 freaking days after the memorial service to marry another man. Thats where we differ. No matter why Holden had amnesia..the story was that he did. He loved Lily before his head injury and ended up estranged from her because of it. Then got it back and wanted her back. She was heart broken that he didn't know her. I remember the scenes with her singing 'I can't make you love me if you don't' in a dive in Malta. Then came Damian, they got married in a whirlwind..and the rest is history. He's alway been a hovering, controlling prick in my mind. He won Lily...regardless of what happened in the bell tower..blah blah. I wish I could remember..na..I don't really care why he got in the plane crash...but he was gone and she went back to Holden. Back and forth back and forth. Now she has spent many more years and had many children with Holden and she owed him a little more than she actually gave..but I'm glad they are apart. I can't stand Lily..never have..hope she flys off to Malta on her broom..but I hope she takes dirtball Damian with her....leave all the kids for Holden to take care of..and give him a story....
