Additional Comments: Their coming and going is no accident. JE is the bomb! She could take over ATWT! But with Maura returning to five days a week, say gbye to all these characters--Audrey, Ralph, Maeve, Damian, maybe Vienna (big mistake--come back!), and I wish Terri.
In their places: Simon, Mike, Ben, for quickies.
By the way, has Emma been on? Been told her nephew killed her nephew? That all these people are in her kitchen?
And I wonder how many times the crew has to keep redressing the same hotel room? It's pathetic.
Lisa looked great today, as always!

Now that I'm back to watching, I'm glad JE is leaving. I liked her a long time ago, but ever since her ridiculous, very Passionslike role on Days, I can't stand her, much less take her seriously in any role.

Maeve is an adequate character, and in my opinion, but JE is not a substitution for MW in any way. It's too bad Maeve can't stay around and help Holden get over Lily. I enjoyed her interactions with Lily and Lucinda. Anyone who sticks it to Lily is cool with me.

As for Carly's return, I can't wait to watch June Cleavage's reaction.

I was actually watching some when JE was on. Quit again when I heard she was getting the boot. Chick is POWERFUL actress! PS is fantastic. They should have gotten HIM together with Carly. The thing about Damian is, when he falls for someone, he appreciates them, no matter what. And that's what girls WANT! To be appreciated, even when they are not perfect. And we KNOW that no Snyder Man will ever be able to do that, don't we! EVERY show needs at least ONE Damian!!!

I've seen nothing impressive about Judi Evans at all. I am not sorry to see her go. As for her character, all she has done is pine over Holden and try to get something going with him. A boring and predictive character and storyline. Maybe if she was written better.....?

IMO, you're right about the writing, wrong about the acting...she is very natural, doesn't *push it* and delivers every time ! **

I am one who was not impressed with JE and am glad to see her gone. I suspect that those of us who feel that way did not watch the actress in her previous roles, and only know what we've seen on ATWT, where both the SL and the writing for the actress was boring and predictable. She was more a plot device than a character being developed for long term potential./MissM

You just made the point...she was so good in very mundane, uneventful sl and that isn't easy to do ! **

You're right...the *part of Maeve* was nothing special...JE's acting ability made is special.**

Oh but I didn't mention the part not being special. I said JE wasn't. I didn't care for JE's acting or the storyline. Judi Evans & Jon Hensley bored me. If you're a fan of hers & Maeve -fine. I wasn't.

I saw her play Beth on GL many years ago and didn't like her then, either. Nothing special.

He's leaving for a while as Paolo is shooting a movie but will eventually return. eom

The last I heard Paolo was in Italy publicising a book he had written and was due to return to ATWT the week afterwards. At least that's what he told a poster over at SOC.

Emma was told by Holden. I like JE, her sweet directness. She did a great job. Won't be sad to see that bunch of hoods go and welcome Carly back with open arms.

I wanted a whole different story from Terri. ;) She did good. :)

Really? Can I ask where you read that? I'd love for it to be true b/c I'd love PS to remain on ATWT. Damian, no matter how good or bad he is at times, I just always like, no matter what.

I do wish Judi could stay. I have to say that she looks just incredible for her age-- she must be late forties by now and there isn't a line on her face. Really beautiful.

I disagree about Vanessa Ray (Teri). I think she was excellent in those scenes with Ralph when she found out the truth. That girl has talent.

Is Vienna really gone? I never heard anything about her contract being up (which doesn't mean anything). Is she filming another project? She really grew on me, and I hate how she just disappeared.

I hope PS is able to hang around a bit more. Although with MW comming back, and TP about to start, I suppose the budget will have to be trimmed somewhere.

As much as I loved Lucy Coe/LH, I cannot believe that I am writing I am glad Audrey is gone. I wish SD could have been written as a better character and stayed long term.

I don't think Judi would take over but I would like her to stay, as well as Damian. He and Lily have a lot more chemistry than Lily and Holden.
