Subject: I always believed he was gay too and I'm glad for him that his out. Ofcourse you are not allowed to say that or speculate on someone's sexual orientation because liberals will say it is none of your business yet these same liberals will say homosexuality is fine and normal. Things that are fine and normal should be open for discussion. God knows people talk about straight people's personal business all the time without being critized for it. We should be allowed to be nosey about gay people too.

Subject: Starlet, you make a good point. There is definitely a double standard going on. I also suspected he was gay because he seems so natural at it which is why I love the actor. He seems completely natural and comfortable with who he is. Not too many people can say that, gay or straight.

Subject: Nice try, but until society accepts that it's fine and normal to be homosexual, openly gay people will be at a disadvantage. To speculate about anyone's private life, gay or straight, is rude, and to out someone whose job depends on being able to pass for straight is cruel. In this case, there is neither evidence nor a source that dares to speak its name. If Mr. Hansis ever says more about his private life than to imply that he is straight, talk about it all you want. Right now, he's a private person and hasn't come out. If you can't do him the courtesy of believing what he says, at least don't accept malicious gossip as truth and spread it around.
