Subject: I'm with ya, Marty. The scenes with Mike, his wife and Carly brought a smile to my face. They were just so relaxed and honest. And no matter how hokey, when Jack won the race, it was fun to watch the reactions. ATWT reached such a low point for me this year - wtih the bleakness of Carly's alcoholism - that I'm happy with this somewhat lighter hearted direction. Plus it's kinda fun to see old faces in a new way. I don't want Jack and Carly magically together, I want them working their way back to each other and these are the first steps. Janet treats Jack the way he treated Carly - perhaps he'll see that. ht
