So a gun shot goes off in the hospital and people just stand around. When BROOKE finds her brother not one doctor, nurse, technician, shoot heck even a janitor hasn't check the body? How do they know he's dead without checking for a heartbeat, a pulse?

Message: I wondered how he got into the hospital with a gun in the first place. I thought most places like that have metal detectors these days to prevent weapons coming in.
