Additional Comments: I agree that Storm pulled the trigger and therefore should share in the bulk of the blame. however, most human beings would feel at least a tinge of guilt if they were in Brooke and Donna's shoes. They knew there brother was in mental distress. Knowing that he was in mental distress Brooke tried to fix him up with an unknowing Ashley. Once all was known and Katie is shot, all Thorne can think of is what he did to their baby sister. Uh...you mean the baby sister that was complicit in the cover up and actually wanted to continue to pretend as if Storm wasn't a psycho in dire need of intense mental treatment? Yeah...that baby sister. I can't believe how smug Brooke sounded when she was scolding Storm and WARNING him that the police were coming.

I still say this could have been avoided at any point. It could have been avoided if Stephanie had refused to listen to the Logans and her cheating husband. It could have been avoided if Brooke hadn't sicced an emotionally unstable Storm on Ashley. It could have been avoided if Ridge had turned Storm in. It could have been avoided Katie hadn't tried to wrestle a gun that could have been loaded out of Storm's hands.

Storm's death and Katie's shooting was 100% avoidable and NOT by Ridge keeping his mouth shut but by someone saying SOMETHING, ANYTHING a long time ago.

Brooke will never take responsibility for her actions, she will always put the blame on someone elses shoulders. All of this could have been avoided if Storm had gone to jail in the first place. Since Stephanie didn't die, chances are he would have gotten time in a hospital, at least he would be alive now. Donna needs to take some responsibility too, she is the one who called daddy to come to town because she wanted to stir up trouble between him and the Forresters.

I couldn't help but feel sorry for Storm today! I know he was deranged and deeply disturbed, but that is why I felt for him. I blame his idiot sisters! They should have got him the help he needed when it was so obvious he needed it so bad instead of covering it up and insisting he was fine, not dangerous and ''in therapy''!! It's really not even Storm's fault. He was mentally ill and didn't get help. His family should have done that for him! Katie was as much to blame as anybody. Besides enabling him, she was dumb enough to try to wrestle a gun out of someone's hands! Stupid! And I hope Brooke feels like crap for scolding her mentally ill brother that she refused to help right before he blew his brains out! But she won't! I doubt that any of the 3 dumbasses will feel ANY responsibility for their part in what THEY did!!

Hogan was so convinced Stormy was totally okay, like he didn't even do anything WRONG! And for her own selfish reasons, since she was JEALOUS, she tried to get Storm together with Ashley, and he fell for her.

Storm should have been in a private hospital. The big brother who always took care of them. And this is how they repay him! By KNOWING he had gone off the deep end, done something TOTALLY unlike him, and they didn't even get him the help he needed. This was tragedy, once again caused by Hogan! She was MAD because Ridge went to a BUSINESS meeting while he was at WORK, instead of boinking her brains out! So she started all that in motion, because she felt she was a woman scorned! Of COURSE Ridge going to that dadgum office meeting was an insult to her vanity! Good GRIEF!!!!

ICAM, the Logan sisters have been behaving with astonishing 'head in sand' scenario. Their Stormy isn't violent, he just accidently went off the deep end with someone (Stephanie) that deserved it! I'm sure that's what they reasoned. Problem is he shot someone in cold-blood, and then tried to pin it on someone. At no time showing real remorse! Laura
