Additional Comments: He saw her kissing and asked her to leave. In my opinion, he was upset and asked her to leave. Husbands and wives do that type of thing all the time. What he did not do is say "pack your things and stay out of our house from now on". Until he does that, I would assume she should be able to come and go as she pleases. If Eric wants her to move then he needs to discuss that with Donna. Stephanie needs to come over to vist Eric only instead of saying who can come and go. I am not on Donna's side necessarily. She was wrong to make out several times with Owen and her and Eric definately need to make some decisions when Eric is ready, but regardless, Stephanie has no business acting like she is either. She is acting desperate AGAIN by trying to railroad her way to Eric's heart. Does she not understand that behavior is what Eric dislikes most about her????

Message: Here's the part I dont get about this. Donna is Eric's LEGAL wife. She has a right to be in that home AS HIS WIFE. Ahhhhhm, "Stormy, the Logan Lawyer at Large" is gone but for Pete's sake. Donut-head, check the yellow pages under "Attorneys", let your fingers do the walking and get yourself some legal representation. You have rights, tooo!!! Stephanie is there because Eric is weak and ill and needs someone to look after him. But until Eric puts something in writing via his own attorney, by law, Donna can be there. Donna even has power of attorney. Not condoning her sleaze-ball behavior. I'm just sayin.
