The Borrestors have run their course....been there...done that. They were boring. Time to leave well enuf alone.

OMG How can any couple be more boring than Bridge!! Talk about been there done that! 21 long years and they still aren't married. (puzzled)

At one time Ridge and Taylor were great together, they were BB’s super couple. They had it all - love, looks, money, class, and a great family. They gave each other the best years of their lives and I loved ever minute of Tridge even during the time when Brooke tried unsuccessfully to break them up. This BB fan didn’t find them boring at all. I don’t think a soap couple have to be miserable to be interesting on the contrary - but then the writers have to know how to write for a loving couple.

Taylor and Ridge had the longest running marriage on this soap BUT BBell decided to change all that with a stroke of a pen. He’s taken BB in a different direction and changed the history of the show to fit what is been written now. So be it.
When Ridge was with Taylor he was arrogant but he was still likable. Now he’s an arrogant egotistical pompous jackass. I don’t like Ridge and he deserves to be with the show biggest slut. Let them get married and hopefully stay together. I for one don’t want Taylor and Ridge back together because the way Ridge treated Taylor after she told him about James was unforgivable IMHO.
Taylor OTOH has out grown Ridge by leaps and bounds. If she goes back to him it would be like taking ten steps backward.

i agree with everything, except Taylor took 10 steps backward when she married Nick (Brooke's sloppy seconds) and has taken 100 steps backward by being involved with Rick (Brooke's son and her daughter's sloppy seconds).

Well I have to agree with you about Rick and Nick. I don't like those pairings either and I think pairing Taylor with Rick is Bell’s way of trying to even the playing field between Taylor and Brooke some what. Taylor of old would never consider a fling not to mention a marriage with Brooke’s son. However I do have to disagree about the 'sloppy seconds' comment. I don't think a person is 'sloppy second' (SS) when he or she decides to move on with someone else. Even if he/she gets dumped and is on the rebound IMO to call them SS is an insult to that person as a human being (perhaps that’s your intentions?). Besides over 90% of couples that exist in the world today are involved with ‘SS’ going by what I think is your definition. BTW Nick was hardly SS considering Brooke wanted him back and tried everything in her power to get him back. He turned her down time after time which makes me wonder if she’s now considered ‘sloppy seconds’? (puzzled)

I agree that RM and HT are two beautiful people - RM has rugged good looks and HT is just gorgeous. I did like Ridge and Taylor as a couple, too. If he had not dumped Taylor for Brooke this last time around, I would love for them to get back together. But he's dumped her one too many times - I'm glad to see her move on without him.

I thought Taylor & Ridge worked as a couple for some years, but I wouldn´t buy them being a couple now, it always seemed like the single most interesting thing about their relationship was whether Brooke was going to manage to break them up and I certainly wouldn´t want to suffer that SL again. I want Ridge and Brooke to stay together, it´s very tiresome watching these people jumping in and out of relationships.

I certainly don't think either of those two are ''the most beautiful people on the show''(quite the contrary, IMO). As far as getting back together because they have children together.....Ridge & Taylor's ''children'' are adults. Besides, if getting back together because of a child or children were in fact a good reason, Ridge & Brooke have a child together, one who is actually a child, not a grown adult.

I do think(and have always thought) that Taylor & Ridge belong together. IMO, they have more in common with each other & are both as boring as boring gets, especially in the romance department. Yeah, those two definately belong together.

I would love to see them permanently united again and become the new super couple of the soaps. They were awesome together, IMO, and Brooke can go back to Nick or whomever she feels is her destineeeeee at the moment.

LMAO at the comment ''they have children together.'' Wasn't that Crooke's excuse for breaking up Ridge & Ashley (''We share a child together!'')? Why should it matter that they have kids? Ridge and Taylor's kids are all grown up now and have lives of their own. If having kids together is the criteria, then it makes more sense for Ridge to stay with Crooke because RJ is still just a little boy.

I think the worst thing that TPTB did on B&B was to break up this great couple and change history in such a stupid fashion! I think Ridge and Taylor still have lots of chemistry and would love to see them back together!!!
