Additional Comments: I like Bill and Katie as a couple and I don't think bill is using Katie. I think he loves her and she fits into his plan perfectly. I don't understand why people don't think he could fall for Katie. She is hot, sexy, and smart. Is she qualified for CEO, well no, but neither have several of the past CEO's. I do think she could be a great go between. I think there is no reason to think Bill might not be on the up and up with his acquistion of Forrester. I think problems are going to arise and war will break out because of the behavior of Ridge and Eric. The Forrester crew is the one not accepting the situation they agreed to and from that I think it will get worse until Bill does make his ownership known. I don't think Bill is hiding his personality from Katie. He does not pretend to be a nice guy. I guess, I love the bad boys finding that one that love and want to be with. I believe it happens and I believe it has happened to Bill with Katie. I am sure I may be wrong, but right now I am buying every second of it and loving it!!!!!!!!

I think TPTB are playing it very close to the vest when it comes to Bill's feelings for Katie. We don't really know one way or the other whether his professions of love are genuine or not, and I think that is by design.
I would love for Bill to take ownership of FC and, together with Katie, turn the business around before the Forresters eventually regain control years from now. If TPTB are really serious about keeping Bill on the canvas long-term, then that would be a smart storyline because it would give the character power and help cement his place on B&B (same thing they did with Crooke back in the day to give her some credibility and a permanent place on the show).

If Bill was so in-love with Katie, he would not have treated her family, (and, extended family), that way. On yesterday's show, he very smugly degraded them, and let them know, in no uncertain terms, that it was either his way or the highway, and they would be held strictly to the contract they signed.
It was especially demeaning for Eric, and even though I do not feel sorry that sorry for Eric, I still feel that Bill Spencer is going to chew up that company and spit it out when he is finished with them.
And, after he has done that, he will do the same with Katie. He has no use for either. Katie is just a means to an end, and her stupidity, and teenage-type crush on this parasite will be her un-doing.
I just can't wait for that day to happen!

Message: I'm a little torn on whether he cares for her or not. I have known many manipulators in my life and I know that they will say and do whatever they think you may want to see or hear. That does go as far as proposing marriage, buying the engagement ring etc. Men that dont have a pot to pee in, have been known to do this type of thing. Dollar Bill could buy engagement rings by the gross if thats what he chose to do. It's really no sweat off his back to buy the big rock. So, I'm not really sold on his love for Katie. Time will tell and I will still be watching when the truth comes out. Whatever it may be.
