THIS is why I don't like this character. THIS is why I will never think that Brooke and Taylor or neck and neck w/r/t being despicable (and I can't stand Taylor either for the record).

After watching these, I am of the opinion the Bridget has a free pass to be a b!tch to her mother for the rest of her life. Instead, she proves she's 1000X better than her mother and has continuously forgiven her and even manages to treat her with love a respect. IRL, I simply can't see this mother/daughter relationship surviving what Brooke did to Bridget.

Linny, thanks for posting these videos. I wasn't watching at the time of Parts I and II, so this is the first time I've seen them. Jennifer Finnegan was fantastic in Part II, wasn't she? And Brooke just looked clueless. What a horrible mother she was to Budge. One question: When did Ridge find out that Deacon is Hope's father, and was there any fallout, or was Brooke immediately forgiven for just ''following her heart''? cygnet

Eric found out in Italy and almost instantly forgave Brooke and blamed Deacon for taking advantage. Ridge found out when they got back from Italy and was furious. He went to comfort Bridget and I think that's when they started getting into the ''kiss'' territory. He later forgave Brooke but it took a few months if memory serves. eom Linny

What I don't get is how anyone...ANYONE! could possibly ever be a fan of this character, especially after watching with so much graphic detail just how whorish and selfish she is. I am a Brooke fan from when I first turned on BB and a Brooke fan still. But I hated that SL, I hated what Brooke and Decon was doing. I was shocked by the scene, it was soft porn! Like Ingy said, poor Megan she had clean up duty! LOL~~Bon

Roxie,what Brookie is defending or has **defended THAT**?I am a Brooke fan and have never ever defended Brooke or her actions in regards to what she did with Deacon.As a matter of fact,I cannot think of one Brookie here who is or has defended Brooke W/R/T to Deacon.Where are these so called Brookies who **watched her so passionately screw the ears off Bridget's husband and defend THAT**??Just because a person is a fan of a character doesn't mean they like,admire,or defend that character's every action or behavior.

Believe it or not, Hibuscus, some people on this board DID defend it though they probably would not admit to it now. Some said Bridget had married Deacon too young and so it was her own fault. Some said Crooke was ''showing Budge what Deacon was capable of'' (what a hoot!). Others said it was justified because Budge & Deacon's marriage was in trouble and they would have broken up anyway. Still others just thought Crooke & Deacon were hot, so why shouldn't they be together? So, yes, there were defenders and even supporters on this board. ~i&b

I&B,you may be right,there may have been those who defended Brooke in the past W/R/T Breacon,but I wasn't here then to have seen such posts from any such posters and sure do not see any of that going on these days.Though I wan't here back then,I'm pretty darn sure that it wasn't all Brooke fans who defended Brooke's actions with Deacon.The poster who made the comment didn't say **some Brookies** or Brookies **in the past**,she said ***How do ''Brookie's'' stomach watching her so passionately screw the ears off Bridget's husband and defend THAT?*** as if to say that all Brooke fans,not some and she said DEFEND,not DEFENDED as if it is still going on today.

i&b, I don't know why any Brooke fan would defend her back then, but not now?? That doesn't make any sense. It would be a whole lot easier to now say....obviously, Deacon was just a loser and Brooke really only loved Ridge than it would've at that time because they weren't given any certainty that she really only loved Ridge (unless her fans knew she did all along, anyway). I've never heard one Brooke fan favor her for that SL, but I did hear fans favor her with Nick. *Terri*

I actually read those posts from Brooke fans defending the SILB and I couldn't believe it myself. The excuse were that Deacon and Brooke were hot together and Brooke was just trying to protect Bridget. I couldn't believe what I was reading. Apparently some Brooke fans did indeed drink that kool-aid. It sounds like you didn't, but there were enough on this board that did and it was disgusting. eom Linny

I watched it again all the way through tonight, and I have to ask you guys a question.l  Toward the end of the montage, Brooke said farewell to Deacon and then left the room (I thought it was a bedroom) then ran down a hall that looked like an office suite where there was a secretary sitting in the hallway.  Then Deacon followed.  Were they having sex in an office?

Yes. Crooke had a bed installed in her office. For professional purposes, of course. Poor Megan, who had the job Pammy later took, was sworn to secrecy about the affair and got stuck changing the soiled sheets. I bet she didn't even get a raise for that. ~i&b

You'd think that the bloom would be off the rose after realizing what they were doing to Bridget the first time...but they kept going and going and going and going.....

Don't you love how the scene was played to make it appear Crooke had somehow FORGOTTEN that Deacon was her SIL until after the deed was done? How could you possibly forget such a thing? And how could you forget it over and over and over and over and over? ~i&b

i&b, I saw that fake concern on Brooke's face. Really conveniently timed if I do say so myself. The heifer sprouts a conscience AFTER she's been serviced.. Yet smehow she expects everyone to respect her relationships. really can't stand this woman. eom Linny

And that's not the only such scene.  The very first love scene Crooke & Deacon ever did together was also pretty graphic.  I remember some people on this board complaining that it went too far.

Never saw those graphic scenes in Australia because of cenorship. They sound pornographical. All fans were disgusted and it was Brooke's worst ever 'misdeed.' I'm glad I never saw them. Laura

But, Taylowho more recently slept with her dead daughter's first love and then gave her child away!! Brooke's misdeed was so way long before that! Should we be bringing up Taylor's Big Bear Boinking again too? Or what about her screwing everyone kin to Brooke, such as her Dad, her son and all of Brooke's exes too?? Not to mention all the strange men or running over and killing Darla and keeping that a secret as well?? Then scheming and teaming with Stephanie to chase after Ridge?? And drugging Ridge?? All her habitual secret keeping from Ridge?? Pullllease, people in glass houses should'nt be throwing stones!!

1. The SIL boink was far more recent than the BBB; 2. No matter how you spin it, Brooke screwing her then CURRENT SIL, repeatedly, behind her daughter's back and then popping out a baby by this man is by far worse than Taylor screwing her daughter EX after much more thought about the consequences than Brooke did regarding her daughter; and 3. THAT wasn't the last time she tried stealing her daughter's current boyfriends/husbands or have we forgotten how Brooke gave her daughter her blessing to persue Nick only to stab her in the back...or did we forget this:
