Additional Comments: Did Nick seriously think that Brooke was just going to help raise his son without some form of custody set up? Is he dellusional? I don't usually agree with Ridge but in this case I do. I could see Nick getting mad at them for some reason and coming and yanking Jack out of her care.

Message: Ridge is right that the smart thing to do is have a written custody agreement. It's not often that soap characters propose doing something so sensible. But one thing no one talked about in today's episode is that as Jack's legal mother Taylor would also have to sign off on the agreement. Maybe that was talked about previously, I missed a few episodes.
