Additional Comments: because this SL is clearly a means of bringing her to the forefront. With SF leaving, the show needs a strong actress to showcase and, as good as KKL and Tylo are at times, they need someone with presence, and H.Tom has that quality. She was nominated for an Emmy, and she's hardly been on the show. Just as the Belief patent SL changed the course of the show (made Brooke a part of the company and that has not changed since), I think the Storm SL will further move this show to a Forrester-Logan show because SF is going to leave soon, and that will leave a void.

i&b enjoys Heather Tom (as do I). And I think this SL will be a chance to put that talent upfront and have Katie be our new 'central' woman. I like KKL, but I can't see it happening. heck

I've said it before, but I think i'm really done this time. If Stephanie leaves the show and it's left for KKL to carry it, I cannot watch that. They have tried to make her out to be a major player and I understand that she's been on since the beginning, but she's no great actress. They try to give her the great lines to make her look good, but she just don't deliver. She will never replace Susan Flannery. Donna is a joke! I would rather see Brooke with Eric than Donna. IMO thats the only way to make Brooke the matriach. If it's even possible.

This whole charade with Storm and Katie has been just crazy and I can't believe the writers have even gone there with this storyline. It's making me think this show is a lost cause.

I'm torn on this one b/c I've hated Katie's involvement with Nick (wherein she encourged Bridget and Nick, then downs a few pistachios and the next thing you know she's in line to try and be Jack's mommy (when he already has one!)).

Also, although she was outstanding yesterday, I can't help but think that Bell will use all of this as a plot device to have Nick yearn for Katie, which in turn will make Brooke yearn for Nick, and here we go again!!!

I must say I really admire Heather Tom as an actress. Even without words she can express, very clearly, her emotions. The horror and the shock came through quite clearly as she understood what Storm had done.

I don't blame the character for not wanting to accept this particular gift, given the cost it comes with. She will live because of it but her only brother, the man she admired so much, is dead. I would feel shock and horror too.

I haven't liked the fact that they had Katie shove Bridjit in Nick's direction and then start falling for Nick herself, but I always have and always will like Heather Tom's acting, no matter what role she plays.

Everything leading up to this SL has really sucked, the writing, the acting - but I have enjoyed H.Tom's acting - she is truly a good actor. I have nothing against KKL, but Brooke has cried so many countless times that her tears do absolutely nothing for me. HT on the other hand, her acting has brought me near to shedding a tear.
