This is not a storyline anymore, however I refuse to believe that Taylor would give Jack away.
I refuse to believe that that Taylor would obsess over 60 year old mama's boy Ridge like she did this past summer, but forget about her now toddler son.

I have no problem believing Budge is Ear Wax's daughter. My repulsion at the Bridget-Ridge pairing had nothing to do with thinking she was really his daughter and everything to do with the fact that Ridge could have raised her as his own for years, then lived as brother & sister, and suddenly they become sexually attracted to each other. No way.
The thing I have trouble believing is that Budge could have ever forgiven her mother for screwing her first husband -- let alone her second! That's just beyond normal even for a saint like Bridget.

I don't have any trouble believing Bridget is Eric's daughter. And uproar or not, soaps rarely, if ever, go the route of full-blood incest. I can't speak for anything other than CBS shows, but the only other time I remember it being done, for real, was on ATWT when Angel was raped repeatedly by her natural father (and that WAS considered a big deal in the media and among fans.)
But this would have had Bridget and her "father" willingly kissing and falling for each other. That's lower than even THIS show would go, IMO. It was just a gross out because of the massive age difference, and the fact that due to SORASing we all had VERY fresh memories of Ridge holding and caring for baby Bridget and being fatherly toward her.
