Additional Comments: I cannot believe the way they were badgering Katie yesterday, especially Donna. Donna had the nerve to actually get mad at Katie because she doesn't see things the way she wants her to. I can only imagine how Donna would feel if she were the one laying in that bed, having to deal with everything Katie does. Another thing I can't understand is why a psychiatrist hasn't been called to help Katie. Katie is a young woman dealing with a lifetime of uncertainty as far as her health goes. She has been through extreme trauma, and she has extreme guilty feelings, she made it clear that she is having some suicidal issues. She has two ingnorant @ss sisters that think they know everything, but will not listen to her feelings. Donna is so self obsorbed that all she is probably mad at Katie for getting shot in the first place because she is ruining her wedding plans, at least that is the way she was acting yesterday. This girl needs psychiatric care immediately, and if Donna and Brooke are not going to support her, by simply listening, and letting her express herself, then they need to stay away.

I have just two words for Katie - Restraining Order. Those two dimwits should not be allowed anywhere near her ever again. She has every right to feel the way she does but those two airheaded bimbos just don't get it.

I hate the word "gift" being used in this storyline. Brooke and Donna seem to be forgetting that Storm shot Katie. Some could argue that he didn't mean to shoot her, but that argument didn't fly for Sheila when she shot Taylor, so why is Storm now such a big hero in Brooke and Donna's eyes??? He was crazy, unstable and he shot Katie, why do they forget that??? Just because he's dead? They never should have begged Stephanie to keep him out of jail, he should have been behind bars!!!

Donna is an unsympathetic (and obviously insecure) twit to go through her marriage to Eric while her family is dealing with the death of their brother/son and the barely managing to recover sister/daughter.

Can you imagine having to explain why most of your family is missing from your wedding pics.....'well, see my brother shot my sister and she needed a heart transplant so he committed suicide to give her his heart (so he couldn't be there.) Then my sister was not only recovering from heart surgery, but was an emotional wreck, so she couldn't come. My Dad was dealing with all this crap, so he elected not to walk me down the isle.'

I totally disagree about Donna. I don't think she was acting unsympathetically, I think she just couldn't take it. I think all of them are psycho, for 1) not getting Storm the help he needed in the first place, 2) for Brooke and Donna telling Katie about what happened right away, and 3) Katie is in a terrible place, and I don't know if counselling would help, but you're right, they SHOULD try, and 4) the whole family is just going through a horrid ordeal, and they ALL need to be having counselling (even more than usual)! I'm glad Stephen hasn't been on anymore, cuz he was getting on my last nerve. But I think Donna is having just as bad a time dealing as everyone else, and it's really hard for her to see Katie carrying on the way she is. It's just awful for every one of them. fee

Katie should NEVER have been told anything like that so soon; almost as soon as she was awake. Once she was stong enough, they should have told her something like he was killed in a car crash or something (and NOT on his way to see her) to get her just adjusted to him being gone. Then eventually later when she was WAY stronger, let her know what happened and give her that letter. Brooke should have been shot for giving Katie that letter like she did at the time she did. There was just no excuse for that. Not even storyline excuse! Not even BB smoking crack in the backroom was an excuse for that!

Donna did appear less than sympathetic, but Brooke continued to support Katie. Brooke is trying very hard to help Katie have the desire to live.
