And they didn't even really show the park! WHY in the world would Katie want to have her wedding in that stupid little park so far from where everyone who would be attending would be coming from? And won't they all think it is weird to be having it there? And what about the people who live in the neighborhood? Won't they be rather upset that some media mogul and his fashionista bride will be getting hitched there and bringing all this circus crap we know they'll have (I wouldn't be surprised if there's a helicopter involved) during the ceremony? I wouldn't expect a beach wedding after Ridge and Brooke's and Jackie and Owen's, but something besides this icky little park that looked more like a kids playground to me!

Message: Her lame reasoning was simply because they didn't have the money for a big billionaire type wedding. Already they have a so called billionaire living in a one bedroom shack on the beach so they could not have it there (also beach weddings are Brooke and Ridge's cost saving domain!). The wedding should have been in a big mansion that Bill had just purchased but alas no money for the network means contrived locals! Also, that middle class neighborhood was so not where the Logan's started out. Things were never that good for them when they were young. I still remember that house!

Message: Well they already explained that Katie wanted it there for sentimental reasons - because that's where she grew up. The park did look rather small, but maybe they aren't planning something as big as most of the other weddings on the show.
I love outdoor weddings in general, though. I got married in a park, although it was a big, regional park with a rented shelter, rather than small suburban playground.
