Additional Comments: The design of Brooke's home is absolutely hideous? I mean seriously, who still uses heavy curtains and drapes - especially someone who's supposed to be a vibrant 40-something fashionista, and Los Angeles resident? Ugly antiques, drab color schemes and lame statues galore. Set design needs a Red Bull!
Nick's is almost as bad.

I think Brooke's (and Nick's) home is beautiful.   If someone told me I could move in tomorrow, I be packing tonight.

Whether you like or dislike them, is strictly personal taste. :)

Brooke's house can use some slight updates.  I do, however, like Nick's.  I wouldn't change a thing.  Massimo had good taste!

I think Nick's home is beautiful.  In fact, it looks very similar to my home.  And I love Crooke's home except for the cheap looking, poorly faux-finished staircase.  Nick's is a traditional English decor, Crooke's appears to be Italian-influenced.  Both very warm and classic.

  • I noticed Nick's home is Tudor style on the outside. The inside matches perfectly!
  • The external shots of Nick's home is really Laura Lee Bell's home. Read that in SID last week. Thought it was an interesting tidbit and I'd pass it on. ShirleyB
  • That is interesting. My home is a Tudor also but it's a brick Tudor, not the half-timber style. ~i&b
