We know what this is leading up to. Since the man never takes that stupid dagger off his neck and it doesnt seem to fall off despite various scurmishes and scenes of lovemaking, etc. etc. I guess it just happened to conveniently fall off in Big Bear when he was there with tramp Steffy. Well we can bet that tramp Steffy isnt done with Bill yet, so all this will come to light. I really think Bill made a huge mistake in going to Big Bear, but for the life of me, when Katie asked about the necklace, he could have said that he found the dagger inappropriate jewelry for his wedding. If the tramp says she found the necklace, I dont really think that just finding the necklace would be a red flag. My gosh, the two of them work in the same offices. It could have fallen off anywhere. But Steffy will make sure everyone knows how she ended up with the necklace.
That being said, for Bill being such a smart, savy, powerful and wealthy man, he sure has a screw missing somewhere. When the hussy kissed him, that should have been red flag # 1.The call demanding him come to Big Bear should have been red flag # 2. We all know that the entire Stramp thing is contrived and plot driven, but if Bill had any brains, he would have gone to Katie and told her what Steffy was up to. If not Katie, maybe Ridge. I know Ridge loathes Bill, but had Bill brought a tape recorder up to Big Bear with him, his story would have some backing. That man doesnt strike me as being stupid or unaware of the use of tape recorders and such to cover his a**.
