Best Mom - Taylor. Even with her emotional involvement with Rick, her first and main concern is her daughter's feelings. She hasn't even slept with Rick yet because of her daughter and plans on telling her and the family about her relationship with Rick before jumping into the sack and anything heavy with him. A far cry from Brooke. It's not like she stole Rick away from Phoebe anyway. Rick and Phoebe were over months before Rick started showing an interest in Taylor.

boy, i would go with taylor, but what she's doing now, no....brooke, no way, i think she is the worse.
Best - if darla was still around her, but i guess steph, like another poster said, she's done things to her kids significant others, but not them, i guess that effects them, but she protects them

Worst Mom: Beth Logan takes 1st place, Stephanie comes in 2nd, with Brooke trailing very closely in third place, & Taylor rolling in drunk, fourth.
Best Mom: Darla hands down 1st place, Bridget 2nd, Sally 3rd place, & Ashley takes 4th.

Brooke is definately the WORST mom, worst woman and worst human being on the show.
I don't think any of the women on the show are the best mom; Taylor comes close but with her alcoholic problems, she can get herself into trouble with her children.
I believe in Stephanie but she is too controlling to be considered best mom. She does love her children and would do anything for them but she needs to be less controlling with them.
Stephanie is the best mother, with Taylor a close second.
Brooke is the worst mother without a doubt. We all know why.
I would vote Bridget for best mom --- normally I would say Taylor, but her relationship with Rick is selfish in regards to Phoebe's feelings. I would never forgive my mom if she dated someone I was EVER in love with.
Worst is Brooke for obvious reasons, although I think Stephanie is a close 2nd. Stephanie does not let her children be unless they make the decisions she wants. She also sets a very ummoral example with her constant interference in other people's lives. She then claims to be a moral person. Therefore, her children have no idea of what real morality is.
Best Mom - Taylor, she's a great mom, gotta give credit where it's due.
Worst Mom - Brooke, for what she did to Bridget, and for just constantly not looking out for their best interest in the choices she has made in men through the years. Not good to have a revolving door when raising children. JMO

Stephanie - 'a bit controlling' is like saying Hitler was timid. The woman is a bully!
Brooke - she's a bad mother because she only uses her children to get men. Remember how all she talked about was how R.J. was her's and Ridge's son and they would always be bound and together, etc. and now she only focuses on Jack? I wish Deacon would come back to town all successful and all, and want to see Hope. When he sees how much she is being ignored, he decides to fight for custody. Then we will see months of Brooke crying about how she neeeeeeds her wittle girl. You can't take her awaaaaaaaay.
I think that Jackie is the best Mom, even if she is a little meddlesome.
