Subject: There are a million reasons why a case is dismissed. Many are on technicalities. It doesn't automatically mean that it was baseless or that it was frivilous. It also doesn't change the facts--her son died, in part, as a result of inappropriate/bad advice given by a therapist who had no medical expertise or credentials to give that advice. Just because it was dismissed doesn't mean that HT's son isn't still dead. eom
