Additional Comments: Blind item today on Gawker. There are others all soaps but this one was NBC. I think I know and it explains a lot:

5) "NBC actor. Not his first starring soap role. Been around forever. Also has a drug habit that has been around forever. Lives in a dump of an apartment because he would rather spend all his money on drugs.

I don't believe anything that doesn't have a name attached. If this were true they could simply put his name behind the claim, but since it's either not true or could possibly be proven less than 100% true they do a blind item.

Also how would they know what his apt looks like. It's not like he's inviting people over to his drug den. LIES! And the folks at Gawker should be the last to speak on drug use!

Add to the above that it is highly unlikely any production company would trust an important role to an actor as deep into drug use as this article says he is, and it all kinda falls apart, doesn't it?

I'm going to take a wild guess and go with Roscoe Born.

The man has appeared on pretty much every soap - more than any other actor. And he created controversy when he decided to void his contract with AMC by not showing up to work. So I guess him.
