What did everybody think of the date? IMO it was painful to watch. These two have nothing to say to eachother. Daniel looks every bit his age and Chelsey could pass for 17. Having them lock lips is one of the yuckiest pairings Days has ever inflicted on us. Honestly, I don't even know how the actors can stand it. How long will it take them to head over the the vacated patient's bed? Real classy, eh?

Message: It doesn't bother me. I think they're probably playing to their younger fans, and plenty of girls that age (21?) would love to date a hot older doctor. They're probably just trying to balance the show. All this stuff with Marlena and John, Tony and Anna, etc is directed toward the older viewers. So they need Chelsea and her little doctor fantasy to balance things out and give the younger viewers something to look forward to.

My question is, why is Bo not looking out for his daughter?? Of course he did do a terrible job with letting Shawn do stupid things so I'm not surprised with her.

Message: I'm not going to waste my time even trying to get used to Chelsea and Dr. Dan because I know it will never happen. Yesterday when they were having their date she was looking at him like a four year old looking at her new Barbie she just got for Christmas; grinning from ear to ear like she couldn't believe her fantastic luck to be out on a date with such a hunk. I know May-December romances happen all the time in real life between people with age differences but I just think this one is too much of a stretch for people to buy it. I liked her with Nick but apparently TPTB must not have. I'm still hoping there is something about Dr. Dan or his past or both that will keep them from getting together as anything other than friends. I read a spoiler that said Victor is not happy about them seeing each other so maybe he knows something that will keep Dr. Dan and Chelsea apart.
