Subject: 'recasts never work on this show'....how about recasts seldom work on this show? Remember Kate is a recast....

as are the current Caroline Brady and Julie Willams.  The now deceased Shawn Brady was a recast.

While I'll agree that recasts seldom work on this show (no one likes change).  I'm not counting the recasts of children to age them....hope, brady, sami to name a few.
