Topic: To bring CC (and others) up to speed, pictures from Sparky's cast of characters

Here is a picture of Packer Backer from our back deck.  He is opening a bottle of 17 year old single malt Scotch.  Why? Because Alan and Denny from Boston Legal smoke cigars and drink Scotch.  The sound of the cork popping when a bottle of scotch is opened is PB's and Sensei's favorite sound in the world.  At the bar where we go to, they even have the bartender trained to bring the bottle over to them so they can lean over the bar and listen to the bottle opening. Yes.  BTW, in the background, you can see the batting cage that PB built for the blonde.

PB and Sensei smoking their cigars. Sensei is PB's best friend.  The beer on the table is beer that PB brewed.  Sensei is a judge in man law rulings.  His rulings seem to follow the writing structure of Roberts Rules of Order.  ROTFLMAO.

Sensei and Mrs Sensei from Halloween.  They were supposed to be a Roman emperor and emperess.  By the end of the night, we were calling Sensei by the name Caligula.

This picture is for Sandy.  This picture is of Sensei and PB at the karaoke contest.  They performed "To all the girls I've loved before."  Although, normally when they sing it, it is more along the lines of "to all the girls I've done before."  PB made me go out and by extensions for him so he could dress up like Willie Nelson.  Sensei is dressed up like Julie Iglesias.

This is my Barbie doll girl friend who lives in the St Louis area with her husband Ken and their oldest daughter Stacie, my God daughter.

Here are our dogs.  Guinness is on the left and Mickel is on the right.  My nickname for Guinness is "the upstart" and Mickel's nickname is "the wonder pup."  This is one of susienews' favorite pictures of them.  Like all dogs, they want to be out, they want to be in, they want to be out, they want to be in.  Sometimes while they're out, they like to sit next to the back door and look as pathetic as possible.  The look on their face seems to say "let us in. We'll be good."  Of course, as soon as we let them in, they chase each other around the house.  That's why we sent them out, but do they chase each other outside? Not as much as they like to chase each other inside the house. LOL.

Oh the cigars. The Coys are to blame. Seriously. We were at their house during a festival and they had a box of cigars and they offered PB one. That was when I first realized he liked to smoke cigars. About a month later I went to Canada, so I brought him back a Cuban cigar. That was it. Since then, they have scoped out the cigar shops and found their ''cigar guy'' to get the best and freshest cigars. The cigars they are smoking are gurkha cigars which are soaked in cognac and cost about $12 each. They love those..................................Sparky

It was good to see you with some of the other poster's pics. Your face radiates the beautiful person you are inside.
As for the duo...seems to be their favorite time of the day is with a drink in their hands. However do they stay sober?

As for that pic of the blond, the over the shoulder look and sunglasses...she looks like the neighbor's second daughter! Unbelievable how much she looks like her!

The night that they smoked cigars and drank on the back deck, Sensei spent the night at our house. Usually we only go out once or twice a month with them and I am the designated driver. They usually stay in control of their drinking though..............................Sparky

Great pictures! I think first time i saw PB. Well maybe the wedding pics! Love Denny Crane! So that is a funny picture! the guy behind our house, has the same last name as your hubby's friend!

OK, these were great!  I wasn't sure that I knew all the 'gang' either.  These pictures were so fun.  Sparky, did you do WW to lose your weight?  You look great.

I did WW. It's amazing, you watch your calorie intake and voila you lose weight. I lost all of my weight while still eating fast foods several times a week. OK, and I was about 10 pounds from my goal weight when I broke my hand (that's why I am wearing a sling in the picture with kitty). I eat with that hand, so all I ate for a couple of weeks was frozen veggies. I couldn't cut meat and I didn't want to eat anything like a taco or hamburger and get juice on my hand..........................Sparky

Mr Wendy homebrews too. We are going to a homebrew party this afternoon. Hubby had 3 new brews ready and his friend has 5.
Im a Scotch drink myself. Had PB ever tryed Auchentoshan, Glenrothes, or Taliskar? Ive just had the basic 12 yr old, but Mmmmmm.

Surprisingly, he hasn't heard of these. Currently, our ''man cave bar'' is stocked with Tullamore Dew, Chivas Regal, Glengoyne, Bowmore, Benriach, Glen Fiddich and Balvenie. Part of the reason for the size of our collection is because he works with a company from Scotland, so they keep bringing him Scotch......................................Sparky

I don't think I have a picture of us. I can't believe it, but I couldn't find one. PB and I keep talking about how we have to go up to your house to see you and Jerry (and take some of that Scotch off of your hands). But, you did make the wedding album a couple of times!.......................................Sparky

A couple more pictures

Here is a picture of my mom.  This is the same woman who helped herself to a piece of the top tier of my wedding cake and didn't say anything. LOL.

Here is my neighbor and her dog Buddy.  Buddy and Mickel are best friends.  My neighbor and I like to sit out on her front porch and watch the neighborhood.  I miss her!
