Additional Comments: I didn't think you would check your topic about the heaters so here I am. Could you tell me what model you have and how large of room does it heat? We have an unheated room that opens into the room where most of our birds are. I would never close the room off because it has a western exposure and grows plants beautifully. On some days when we have a strong westerly wind it becomes very drafty in there and I want a heater that will do the trick. They have so many models, I'm confused. Thanks!

Message: I ordered mine from Vornado Central and it is coming today! It's going down to 28 tonight so it will get tested in that room tomorrow morning. It was $119.99 with free FedEx shipping and no sales tax!

Message: I am getting one for my birthday! I emailed the link to my mom last week and she has a 10% off coupon from Bed, Bath and Beyond, so she is saving a little money.
We have 11 foot ceilings and 3,000 sq. feet. It is too costly to heat the whole house, if, say the entire family is in one room watching a movie or doing homework. I am thinking if we just heat the room we're in, it will help us save big on our energy bill.

Message: I'm glad Sandy asked you about the heaters again. I was just thinking about them today and couldn't remember who posted it or what kind of heater it was. Thanks for the refresher!

Message: Sandy, the heaters we have are all the same. See the DVTH model on their website. I note that the cost is now $119.99, which I am sorry to see, because when I bought ours, they were quite a bit less. So this model, the DVTH, is the only one I can speak about and they are very efficient and quiet.
