Subject: Do you really believe there are posters on here who are as vindictive as that?? I just have a real hard time thinking that way. I prefer to believe if one person is ignored, it's an oversight. Of course, I've never had that happen that I know of. I really cannot get all bent outta shape over that kinda stuff!!! Subject: Fuzzwuzz, I've been on the board almost 10 years now and I've seen quite a few things like that and yes in those years I've seen some downright mean posters. How long have you been on MD? Sheryl

Subject: Sheryl, you are correct. This has happened to me more than once; in fact, there is a topic on the board now (I think, it may have scrolled off but if so it was within the past week) in which the poster of the topic replied to everyone but me. And yes, I do take it personally if it happens more than once. I do a 'test' reply to another post of the person, and if they blow me off again, I don't read their topics any more.~Carissa

Subject: I've been here at least that long, and I've seen it. Some people can be very juvenile online; they chose to ignore anyone who doesn't share their particular political or religious views. Try outing yourself as an atheist and see what happens, lol. But I have a lot of friends here and those who have been around a long time know me. I find it's generally newer posters, those who have been around a year or two or less, that do this 'ignore' thing. Hey, I was here before they got here and I'll be here after they move on, is my theory.~Carissa
