Subject: Hi Lisa! So you bought directly from the previous owner? That doesn't seem so bad. But with these foreclosed bank-owned properties, it seems like there's so much more to worry about. I know you guys are all into the remodelling, too, which is great. We're not so handy ourselves, so we'd have to pay to get a lot of that done, so we really have to make sure it's a good deal so there's enough money left over for that. eom--RK
