Ok lets settle this once and for all.
You are walking along the pier when you hear screams for help from 2 men. It is Scummy Corinthos and Jasper Jax.
You look and see one life preserver so you run and grab it. Who do you throw it to?
Jax gets my vote and besides Turds float so Scummy won't drown he will just freeze to death.

Sonny's too greasy to hold onto anything so it would be a waste to throw it to him, plus he should be dead anyway for all the people he's killed so it would save a lot of tax payers money to let him sink to the bottom.
Jax is a decent citizen and enterpreneur and employs thousands of people. That makes him a logical choice for the life saver.

Of course I'd save Jax, the decent man who deserves to live. Who has values and worth. Who actually spoke reasonably about what to do about Michael, whose words come from the heart. Any decent person would see you have to let Michael tell his story to the police and get him some therapy help. But of course, Scummy, being a criminal to the core, sees only to cover it up, hide like a fugitive, and let the kid suffer over his first killing until he no longer feels anything and can kill coldly, like Jason.
