Additional Comments: death, but what the heck have they done to Michael? The kid has totally lost it! I knew he was going to change for the worse after Sonny told him he did good, but this is way over top.

I think that Michael was well on his way to becoming a monster prior to the shooting. That just put him in the fast lane to ruin once he awakened. The actor is good, but I am starting to hate Michael almost as much as I hate Sonny. Another smug, smarmy jerk.....just what this show needed.

Yes, he certainly was prior to this. As I said to another poster, I was hoping they would use this story to make Michael re-evaluate what has happened to him because of the fact that he was exposed to the mob life. You would think that they would have him realize that this type of life is not worth living. All I am waiting for is his reaction to the news that he has an older brother.

Well what can they really expect. You have a child that wakes up after a year in a coma with brain damage and you don't get him into rehab/theraphy right away! This kid should have been taken to Australia (along with Morgan) with Jax and Carly as soon as he was able to travel! Not doing that signed this kids future over to the mob. Simple and Plain, they are such awful parents the state should have stepped in long ago.

They certainly have been terrible parents to Michael, especially. What kills me is how everyone worships Sonny as this great father. How can you be a great father, and put your kids constantly at risk?

Taylor, I sorta agree with ya.

I sorta and kinda think it might have been much more interesting if they would have had michael start to DOUBT his father and his place in the family as opposed to this increase of the Hero-Worship for sonny that we are now seeing.

We should probably remember too, though, that, michael hasn't even been close to being stable since he opened his eyes from that coma.

They intimated that if he could ''just remember'' the night he was shot that he would start to get better, but, since he got that memory back he has actually started getting worse.

Im afraid it looks like a real downward-spiral for that poor kid is just beginning.

I really like the kid playing him.

Phoenix, I really like the actor. He is doing such a good job, that I am starting to really dislike this character. I was really hoping that they would take him in the other direction, and make him really feel guilty to the point where he would need some therapy. But I guess that makes too much sense.
