Here she was getting everything she ever wanted in life and she walks away. what's a matter ms high and mighty was the proposal not up to snuff for you. If the man i was in love with professed his undying soul to me like that he wouldnt have needed to chase after me and ask me again. Patrick just drop her already and go bed another nurse.

He was very sweet and I didn't see any reason for her to refuse. But I also don't believe that she should have said yes just because he asked. Hey, if you ask someone to marry in public, you risk the humiliation that comes with it, if the person says no. I really don't know why Robin said no, but I don't think she is bad just because of it.

I don't know why Patrick just doesn't leave Robin alone. He asks her questions like this, and she turns him down, and the merry-go-round starts. If Robin doesn't want to marry, she doesn't want to marry. I'm not taking up for Robin, but really for Patrick. The fact that he keeps trying to change someone's very firm opinion is characteristic of Adult Children of Alcoholics. At leasr GH is consistent in this department.
Either Patrick isn't listening to Robin, or she's not giving him a straight answer when she answers his questions. I am just tired of these two bickering.
I think Patrick will end up with Layla.

Actually, I'm wondering how she thought she would always be there for her child as a single mom. This story isn't very engaging, is it? It could be, but it isn't. Like most of GH.

He basically just poured his heart out to her in front of everyone, but we'll probably get to hear Robin go ON AND ON AND ON about how Patrick REALLY doesn't want to get married, he just THINKS he does. She is constantly telling him how she thinks HE feels, and she never believes him when he's trying to tell her how he actually feels. If she weren't pregnant I'd want to slap the crap out of her. I hope Anna does it for her! What a dumb@ss!
