Additional Comments: I actually enjoyed their scenes yesterday especially when Dante asked Sonny if he thought Lulu liked him and Sonny said, "She's waiting outside for you", twice. I know Dante's covering up and I know Sonny a jerk, but I'm starting to see a bond take place between them. Dante's starting to remind me of Sonny's better side. The old Sonny from years ago. With Jason leaving the mob (as rumors have it) and Dante being a cop and all, where does this leave Sonny? Who will step into Jason's shoes?

Hilarious, Jean. That kind of chemistry took place between Jason and Sonny at one time in Guza's fantasies. Get drugs for after the root canal. You'll need them. Helena

Totally agree! Although, frankly, I think Dante has pretty good chemistry with most of the people he's in scenes with. He's on fire with Lulu, but he's been good with his mom, Johnny and with Morgan as well. I like it.

He does a good job of showing just a hint of vulnerability--like that comment to Sonny about whether Lulu likes him. That questioning look to Sonny was totally sincere and belies a little bit of his total confidence that Lulu's enjoying their games. Loved it.

However, the thing that saves him is that despite that little moment with Sonny, 5 minutes later he's telling Lulu that Sonny made his choices in life and he's got to live with the consequences. THAT is the thing that everyone who's ever been around Sonny seems to eventually cave on. I'm hoping Dante doesn't forget why he's there.

There was almost a tenderness that took place between them when Lulu was the topic. It's like Sonny is feeling warmth for Dante without really knowing why. Sonny is far more interesting and entertaining as a human being than a selfish gangster. But I guess the slow to grow masses are still (ho hum) stuck on cheap knock offs of Sopranos, while the rest of us moved on so long ago. Helena

I agree! Sonny & Dante do have chemistry. We all know that Sonny will eventually find out about Dante being a cop who is out to bringing him down, & then find out that he is his son. He has to find out sometime, & I hope it's soon. But, who will tell Sonny & how will he find out? The writers are keeping this a big secret. Sometimes they give us a date as to when something big is going to happen. Where's Olivia? Haven't seen her lately.
