These are spoilers listed at soapcentral.com, by insiders and Guza, supposedly.
Jason will face a "Sophie's Choice", when he has to choose to save either Sonny or Spinelli.- This is a no brainer, he should save Spinelli.
Liz will die and there will be a cutody battle between Lucky and JaSam- Don't believe this one at all.
Explosion at GH event- casualties- heros will be the mob, nurses and doctors. This is in an attempt to bring these two worlds together. The rumored casualties are Liz, Epiph, Kate, and Layla. Kate & Layla are fine with me.- Jerry may be responsible.
They are going to focus less on the mob and bring more of the hospital and love back to the afternoon. Guza really likes Spixie and wants it to develop into a real love story. He also like JoLu, which personally I could do without.- Hope this is true about the focus of the show changing.
Guza loves Slaudia and really wants to find a way to make this couple work.
They are testing Jason/Olivia.
Michael wakes up and is confused. He leaves the clinic, but everyone thinks he was kidnapped. Later he will spy on Jason for Sonny.- Not sure about this one.
Tracy receives bad drugs.
Robin distracted by PPD, does not test meds properly and two patients die. Patrick later has to have her committed because of the PPD.

Message: I always thought the Sophies Choice scene where she makes the choice is one of the most heartbreaking in movies. The movie overall was not great, but the scene where she has to choose between her son and daughter is heartbreaking. She has to choose which one with go to the Nazi gas furnaces and which will live, and this has to be made in an instant or they will take both. I can see the dilemma for Jason, but not as difficult. Sonny has done alot for him and meant alot to him, but he is really pushing him now. Spin has done alot for him, and deep down Jason really cares about this kid. I think he will have a hard time, but ultimately choose Spin to protect from agents.

Message: I hate that there is talk of Jason/Sam pairing again. As everyone knows on this board I am one of the biggest Sam haters, and definately don't want her paired with Jason. I want her off the show or at least all alone. Never have cared for Johnny/LuLu, so whatever. He is way to good to be paired with her. I love me some Spixie and hope it really happens. Not sure how I feel about the PPD story. No surprise that the big Feb sweeps story would be a crisis involving an explosion with some deaths. Would love to see Kate as a casualty. Not keen on an Olivia/Jason pairing, though I read they were testing her with Jax. I also read that Helena is coming back and that somehow she is involved with kidnapping Liz, and that is why everyone thinks she is dead. It has to do with the new Rebecca storyline somehow. As for the more love in the afternoon and less mob. I will believe it when I see it and would love that.
