Weird - I don't know what is wrong with me but for some reason I get why that happened with Sonny in the car and why she slept with Jax aside from the obvious whose the daddy tie in- Carly is just a sick sick woman- she said a lot of things to Sonny afterward that made huge sense and were a big reality check for him-but the problem is that if she was bent on correcting her mistakes and being a better parent why sleep with Sonny without protection again- well if you are mentally f*d in the head then that is what you do. She is a sick woman-she needs mental care herself. That is why I totally understood, expected and was not phased by any of it- all in a days work. That is how predictiable and screwed up the writing is on this show-they use pregnancy to move plot lines - kids are a non event unless you need to fight over them or kidnap them - they have the creativity of my left foot! The one thing that they should have had the balls to do is kill off Michael to make what Sonny, Jason and Carly did to AJ/Michael something they could not come back from but they did not have the courage to do that so I am sure Michael will pop up in that bed one day and be what 35 and pissed! Such bad writing!

Sam did sort of the same, only she didn't shower. I found it completely disgusting. She was with both Jax and Sonny in the same evening.
Does anyone remember, who had the sloppy, gross, nasty, seconds? I am thinking she was with Jax, first... then went on to Sonny. But, I know I often have faulty soap memory.
It was also disgusting with Carly. I hope she scrubbed her nasty self, extra well, (she should have used a couple gallons of Summer's Eve, too.) before she jumped all over Jax.
Carly is still a skank, but I am glad that she showered for Jax's sake!

Well of course it makes her less of a whore, simply by virtue of the fact that the message boards will not now be awash (ahem) with posts about how she DIDN'T shower. Carly fans everywhere rejoiced at that shower. :o)
Well, of course Carly is pregnant. This double header event has been a regular one on all of the soaps, for years. Even the proper Vickie Lord had a double header once, and that's how she gave birth to both Jessica and Natalie, by two father's. Or at least that's how it was when Nattie first came to Llanview. I haven't kept up on how her father figure changed from whatshisname the fake preacher to Clint.
As for whether Carly is less a whore because she took a bath, bathing has nothing to do with that, although as a side comment, I am so very glad that she did -- take the shower, I mean. It seems that the entire interest Guza has in Jax is to cuckhold him. The most virile of the men in the show, he somehow has been designated the almost-daddy of all time. Perhaps this is what will bring Carly and Sonny back into each other's sweaty armpits, while Jax leaves the scene, perahps forever. The Great Day of Grief Intercourse was one of the most boring and the least sexy episodes they've had, crowned again with another woman we thought had intelligence and class having to tell Sonny what all of his women have to tell him: that he is a perfectly wonderful father and that it would be a terrible thing if he should remove his lousy self from the presence of his remaining impressionable son. But I actually liked Jason and Liz. It is indeed a pure love that can stand out in a frog drowner for half an hour telling each other how much they love each other, and managing not to strip off their sodden clothes and go wallowing in that grassy ditch. Keep it up, guys, it's inspiring.
