Additional Comments: I found this at YouTube, and I'm still laughing. My personal favorites are part 3 and part 6, and I would LOVE to discuss spoilers after some more people besides me have seen it. If you're a fan of classic GL, though, especially the 1978-80 era that's getting mentioned so much as the starting point so many of us want for the campaign to get classic episodes online, you cannot miss this! It includes such characters as Bert, Rita, Ed (Mart Hulswit), Holly, Amanda (Kathleen Cullen), Lucille, Ben, Justin Marler, Elizabeth Spaulding Marler, Sara McIntyre, Alan Spaulding (Chris Bernau), Hope, Diane, Jackie, Hillary Bauer, and Katie Parker.

It was, according to the summary notes, written by Marsha Clark (Hillary Bauer), and the cast enjoyed it so much that they filmed it and showed it at the GL Christmas party circa 1979.

It's in 7 parts. Enjoy!

I laughed so hard at the Bert and Rita scene, I just about fell on the floor, especially the ending:

"Bert, do you think I can make Ed happy?"

"A slut like you? Hang it up, honey!"

And then she thanked Bert for the talk!

Not knowing much about Rita, I take it she really got around, because every time anyone else was talking about "being together," there was always someone saying "Ask Rita" (what it means). The best was at Cedars when Justin told Sara that Elizabeth let him "load her camera" on vacation, and Sara asked what that meant, and all the nurses and orderlies and even the guy on the gurney yelled out at the same time, "ASK RITA!"

And speaking of Cedars, I totally cracked up when Justin came out of surgery smoking a cigarette and carrying a bottle of beer! Sara's flashbacks were hilarious.

I do wonder, though, just what kind of trouble Bert got into at the last Tupperware party that Mike had to warn her about after he represented her the last time. ;-)

I loved Diane, Alan's assistant. The original Spaulding office scenes were so good--Ross, Vanessa, Diane, Roger, I think Diane had a boyfriend, etc. And Alan manipulating everyone.
