Additional Comments: Jolene: Oh, I'm sorry about barging in before. I just get caught up in the research part. But now that I have you both here, I have to ask: How weird is it that you married sisters, and does it bother you?
Josh: You know what, it's not what you think, okay?
Jolene: But still, he's the father of your children, and he's with your sister. I mean, that is like the worst version of the other woman I've ever heard.
Reva: Yes, but Josh is right, it's not like you think.
Josh: Thank you.
Reva: He was with many other women.
Josh: Reva!
Jolene: But not women that he married.
Reva: Oh, no. Sure, he married quite a few of them. But the important thing is that he always comes back to me.
Josh: Could we not talk about this, please?
Reva: Well, you said that I just couldn't mention the drunk tank. You didn't say anything about ex-wives.
Jolene: Drunk tank?
Josh: Excuse us, excuse us. Reva, what are you doing?
Reva: Well, I just want her to understand the history.
Josh: The history? Reva, Cassie, Cassie is my wife.
Reva: You're current wife.
Josh: Well, what about you, Reva, huh? You've been married, you've been married to a number of other men. Why don't you talk about that?
Reva: I will. But at least I own who I am. (Laughs)

I know people don't like Reva...whatever...but her saying she knows who she is hits it right on the head for me. She KNOWS she's no saint, Josh thinks everything he does is excusable and can be rationalized. So I'm in the line of thinking that Josh is much more of a loser than she is!

To me, Josh and Reva were played out years ago. I thought she came across as delusional and egotistical, while Josh seemed tired and frustrated that "she just doesn't get it".

Reva is well past her prime and she needs to let Josh go and try to find some real happiness (whether or not with Cassie - his choice, not hers).

This was really well done, I thought. I like the idea of Josh being captivated by her. I am open to them getting back together in the long (long, long) run, but I really like her with Jeffrey. I don't want Reva and Josh together because Jeffrey is off with Olivia. I don't want him thrown under the bus that way just for Reva and Josh to get together. It can be done better than that. I hope. In the meantime, I hope to see scenes like this one and good Reva/Jeffrey scenes as well .

it isn't just that he married her sister-it's that he left her for her sister. They were not together when she married his relatives (to the best of my memory, anyway. Yes, there's ick factor on both sides, but the outrage comes from him cheating/leaving her with said sister.

I remember Kyle but I don't remember his relationship to any one./LUV

vh: Don't get me wrong, I don't think one is any better than the other. Just that TPTB sometimes seem to forget that the viewers have memories of past SL's./LUV

i believe they missed the boat when they didn't have Josh say 'oh so what Reva, you were married to both my brother AND my father'. Little Jolene would have busted a gut!

Starla}It was just the opposite. She was married to Josh's father and cheated on HIM with Josh. By the way, in the soap I watched, Reva left Josh, not the other way around. nm

Another thing about Jolene.............she reminds me of Clone Reva./LUV

So true. Funny how we forget! Billy, H.B. Wasn't she about to marry Kyle Sampson? I thought that was their half-brother.

Interesting, did she cheat on Joshua with them? No. Still wrong yes, but she and Josh were always broken up when she did her crimes. So yes, Josh is worse!

Who's forgotten? Josh, Cassie, and even Billy threw it up in her face in the not-so-distant past. What they failed to mention was that Josh had broke up with Reva both times and made it clear that they were over. What they failed to mention was that, by becoming involved with H.B. and/or Billy, she wasn't betraying her own sister. Two totally different situations and it just makes the characters that try to use it as a justification for Cash look ignorant.

Kyle was Billy's half-brother. Not Josh's. Billy and Josh are only half-brothers, as well. Kyle and Billy had the same mother. And, yes, he and Reva were at the altar about to web until Maeve came in and announced that her baby, Ben, was his son. If ever there was a man that Reva loved just as much or maybe even more than Josh, it was Kyle.

Starla} I don't care about Cash any more than I care about Jeva. The fact is - Josh cheated with his wife's sister. Reva cheated with her husband's son. They're both cheaters. The only difference is Reva's husband hadn't ABANDONED her when she banged his son. nm

The one line that stood out for me was Reva's line - '...but he always COMES back to me.' Not 'came' back as in she didn't expect it to happen this time too.
